Training that translates to the classroom

KATIG complements existing teacher training by focusing on what helps teachers sustain strong practice over time: grounded mindset, continued wellbeing, and practical tools that strengthen functional literacy in the classroom.

Who KATIG supports best

KATIG® is designed for public school teachers and school communities looking for training that is practical, relevant to daily teaching realities, and anchored on care and excellence.

As a teacher, I face challenges such as burnout, stress, and exhaustion. There are times when I even think about quitting. However, during this training, it felt like I suddenly came back to my senses and remembered my purpose and passion for teaching young children. Becoming a teacher was what I prayed for, and God allowed it to happen. This experience reignited my sense of purpose and passion, not only as an educator but also as a wife and mother. Work-life balance is essential.
