A two-year leadership development program that places promising young Filipinos in public schools and local education offices to teach and work closely with communities, addressing immediate learning needs while building sustainable systems.
Apply for the fellowshipThe Fellowship exists to meet real needs in public schools today, while developing leaders shaped by on-the-ground experience in teaching and community partnership. This combination builds leaders who can carry that grounded perspective into broader work across public education.
To respond to the evolving school and nationwide challenges in the education sector, shifting candidate profiles, and the urgency for broader, faster results, the Fellowship is being redesigned to help Fellows reach more learners and drive sustainable, population-level outcomes. The redesigned model gives Fellows earlier runway to build and scale school-based programs with local partners.
The Fellowship is for people ready to teach in public schools, work closely with communities, and help strengthen learning and local education efforts while growing as leaders.
